We are a well-established remodeling company in San Diego, in business for over 25 years, and we are looking to expand our team. We specialize in mid-to-high-end residential projects and are currently seeking a Working Foreman to manage the day-to-day activities on our job sites.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise subcontractors and workers on-site.
Work hands-on with tools while managing job site operations.
Ensure the quality and progress of all tasks under the supervision of a Project Manager.
Collaborate with trades to deliver projects on time and to our high standards.
Qualifications:
Must have a strong understanding of all construction trades, with proficiency in finished carpentry.
Capable of performing framing, light electrical, and plumbing work.
Ability to manage and ensure the high standards of finish work required for our clients.
Proven experience in managing crews on high-end residential projects.
