Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the non-profit sector, based in San Fernando, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will be managing outbound calls, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, leveraging conversation skills in Spanish and English. Utilize customer service skills to engage potential customers and generate leads. Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times, while providing exceptional customer service. Accurately capture and record customer information in our database. Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions based on our service offerings. Ensure work progress is on track to meet targets and reach metrics. Participate in training and development sessions to improve your sales and communication skills. Maintain an efficient and organized work environment. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a non-profit setting. Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality customer service. Proven track record of successfully managing customer queries and complaints. Experience in data entry and order entry tasks. Demonstrated ability to correspond professionally via email. Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential. Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
