Description We are in need of a meticulous and coordinated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry located in San Francisco, California. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be integral in managing expense reports, addressing customer needs, and ensuring efficient data management. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner. Maintain and update customer credit records regularly. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary. Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service. Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail. Conduct email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring smooth business operations. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform tasks effectively. Manage and clean up expense reports using Concur. Requirements Must know Concur for expense reporting Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients Ability to manage and schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal use of time and resources Exceptional data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed Previous experience in handling email correspondence, with a strong emphasis on professional written communication Experience in preparing and managing expense reports and overseeing expense management processes Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations promptly and effectively Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
