You will be executing a variety of creative projects, from ideas to production to post-production. This role will support our creative, marketing, and performance teams and produce world-class campaigns that will live across our digital channels, from email to social to TV.What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with ACDs, Creative Director, editors, photographers, and graphic designers to bring stories and concepts to life
Create original concepts for a variety of Oura’s creative campaigns, overseeing these projects from conception to execution
Working closely with a small team of Copywriters and Designers, ensuring the work is aligned creatively with the brief and brand while making portfolio-worthy work
Build and maintain networks of world-class photographers, directors, stylists, and creatives
Create style guides for particular campaigns as it relates to lockups, graphics, and motion treatments
Maintain a constant eye on visual, conceptual references to build the brand's vision
Develop thoughtful, creative work that relates to the overall strategy
Help evolve and elevate the Oura brand by creating and maintaining a high visual bar across all touch points
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in the creative industry, with previous experience as an Art Director
Portfolio filled with integrated and cross-platform campaigns
Experienced in being a thought partner with senior creatives to brainstorm and collaborate on concepts and direction
Understand the process that takes the insights from the product, markets, and customers and takes it from concept to execution - storyboard - location - casting - styling - photography, and film
A clear communicator, have excellent presentation skills and the ability to verbalize ideas and concepts
Up to date with cultural moments and ideas in fashion, art, design, and photography, and can translate those into original ideas within our brand
Expert in all creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc); Motion design skillset a big plus
Strong typography, visual, and experience design sensibilities
An independent, collaborative partner who can handle multiple projects with minimal oversight
Comfortable with quick turnarounds
Able to travel to shoot locations and work closely with photographers to achieve great outcomes
Can handle multiple projects simultaneously and proactively manage your time
