Manage the investor relations mailbox, providing a high level of service to Limited Partners (LPs).
Maintain precise records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Handle LP account maintenance, including transfers, overdue capital calls, and contact updates.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials for investors, such as quarterly letters.
Support the fundraising process by managing data rooms, distributing and processing subscription documents, and ensuring CRM accuracy.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives, including annual meetings, compliance, co-investments, and business development tasks.
Provide administrative support across all areas of the business, ensuring operations run smoothly.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1-5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fund accounting, fund audit, executive assistant (EA) roles, or other client-facing positions, preferably with exposure to private capital investments.
Knowledge of private investment management, including private equity, private debt, or alternative investments, is strongly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in an entrepreneurial environment.
