Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced, adaptable Case Manager with sound decision-making skills for a contract position in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various cases, managing case lifecycles, interacting with and assisting clients.Key Duties:
Providing direct comprehensive case management services
Identifying client requirements and designing suitable programs
Devising and implementing case plans in collaboration with clients
Coordinating and advocating for a multidisciplinary team approach in client care
Evaluating the results of service plans and make adjustments as necessary
Ensuring communication and documentation of client's progress and any changes in their status
Ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols, ethical standards, and legal regulations
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in case management or similar role
Ability to work well with diverse populations
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in case management software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must pass all required background checks
