Our Finance Velocity Office was designed to accelerate our path to building a world-class finance function. This team is driving global consistency and operate as one team to:Build a foundation that supports the growth and complexity of our business and improves the day-to-day interactions of our Finance teams.Modernize our processes to enable better, faster decision making and drive more timely insights for our clients and business partners.Implement technology to evolve how we work together to achieve meaningful, sustainable change and enable our long-term growth agenda.Ensure a clear and measurable set of KPIs against our Finance OKRs and Scorecard to track, report and recognize key milestones and impact statements for our work product.As a Consultant you will serve as a strategic partner to the Finance Velocity Office Program. This role requires interpersonal skills to influence and cultivate partnerships across functions, regions, and teams, to drive thought leadership, and successfully enact detailed financial analysis, business case development and performance tracking. This role will leverage detailed analysis to generate insights, make recommendations and be expected to develop effectively communicate through various mediums (e.g., presentations) to program leaders and executives. The ideal candidate has a background in finance transformation and/or financial analysis, preferably with a public company, management consulting firm and has proven results collaborating with team members and supported functions.Essential Functions:Problem solving and analysisLead analyses to drive decision-making on critical strategic topics. Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations on solutions, leveraging input from cross-functional teamsPerforms business process mapping/flowcharting when evaluating end to end financial processes.Builds near and long-term views for growth that align with business strategy and data.Project managementManages project workstreams within broader initiatives.Creates project deliverables to cement the results of the project in various mediumsSupports business case development for key initiatives, ad hoc requests, and special projects.Establish efficient processes for quarterly and monthly performance reportingStakeholder engagement and communicationsEstablishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business and serves as a key point of contact for issues.Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities, and issues of the business.Design and deliver compelling presentations to effectively illustrate findings, ideas and recommendations, tailored to various audiences including CEO, CFO, Finance Leadership Team and Executive Committee and Broader Finance.Implementation support Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making.Enable management by providing timely, accurate informationUnderstand business drivers and recommend measures to further improve resultsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
