Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media Content + Strategy, this role will help shape the next chapter of Tatcha’s digital storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Content Creation
Lead day-to-day channel management from ideation to execution.
Develop a deep understanding of Tatcha’s world, products, brand heritage, and vision to create compelling, on-brand content.
Ensure all content aligns with Tatcha’s tone of voice and supports the company’s objectives, maintaining brand heritage, vision, and voice.
Create content that fosters community engagement, sparks meaningful conversations, and strengthens brand affinity through authentic interactions.
Continuously drive innovation by experimenting new content formats and creative storytelling techniques to showcase our brand in fresh ways.
Conceptualize and execute strategic content for social channels (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest), ensuring platform-native storytelling and engagement.
Lead social-first content creation for the content calendar, brand campaigns, and key brand initiatives.
Ideate and execute creative concepts, including shooting, designing, recording, and providing copy direction–both independently and in collaboration with the Social Team.
Stay deeply attuned to social trends and conversations, identifying content opportunities with a community-first mindset.
Stay ahead of emerging social media platforms to develop and execute strategies for our brand to authentically engage with new audiences through innovative, platform-native content.
Support briefing Creators on a monthly basis to ensure consistent, high-quality content.
Serve as the go-to expert for content creation within the Tatcha team.
Travel as needed for events, community activations, and other content opportunities.
Manage workflow efficiently, ensuring all content is delivered on schedule.
Actively contribute strategic insights in team meetings for social and campaign initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support the Senior Manager in strategizing evergreen content and developing core campaigns that drive conversion.
Serve as the key liaison between the Social Team and cross-functional partners, ensuring the creation of high-quality and engaging on-brand content.
Work collaboratively to meet quick turnaround times, capture trending moments, while incorporating feedback—all while maintaining a proactive, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented approach to content creation.
Analytics
Continuously analyze performance metrics to inform and optimize future content strategies.
Support the Senior Manager, Social Media Content and Strategy, in reporting key content insights to the broader team.
Leverage insights from the social team to produce visually cohesive content that aligns with other marketing channels.

Qualifications
BA/BFA Degree or equivalent training in graphic design, advertising, content creation, or a related field (e.g., blogging, social influencer).
3-4 years of experience creating content for brand channels on social media.
Proven experience across a variety of social media platforms and content formats.
Portfolio showcasing original, creative social media work.
Experience with content creation apps is a plus.
Photography skills, including iPhone and DSLR, with knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition.
Video production skills, with the ability to capture and edit video using iPhone or DSLR and basic editing apps.
Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Mission-driven with excellent time management skills and a proactive attitude, always willing to go above and beyond.
The DetailsThe expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
