Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an OVERNIGHT Data Collector in the industry located in San Francisco, California. This role primarily involves testing a mechanical gripping device and providing valuable feedback to our engineering team. HOURS of SHIFT: 10PM-6AM (OVERNIGHT ONLY) Responsibilities Handling and testing the "gripper" device by lifting various household items Providing accurate and detailed feedback to the engineering team to aid product development Standing for extended periods of time to facilitate the testing process Utilizing downtime effectively while engineers re-program the device Entering data related to the testing process and results accurately Delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assisting administrative tasks as required to support the team Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively. Proven experience in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Experience with order entry, including managing and tracking orders in a timely manner. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain order and structure in data management. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team. Proficiency in using various data management software and databases. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
