Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the healthcare industry located in San Francisco, California. This role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role is primarily based in a physical workplace, offering a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring efficiency and precision Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist in sending mail appeals for fundraising activities Aid in processing physical mail and uploading physical checks into the system Utilize critical thinking to determine the correct donation campaign for checks Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects in Salesforce Ensure secure handling of customer data and maintain confidentiality Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data entry and correspondence Use a smartphone for two-factor authentication to ensure the security of customer data.
