Situated as home of the renowned Golden State Warriors, this position offers a unique opportunity to showcase culinary expertise in a high-energy, sports-centric environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to lead a talented culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for a diverse range of guests attending events at this iconic venue.Job Requirements & Responsibilities-The Executive Catering Chef will be responsible for all facets of kitchen management including staffing, training, menu creation, purchasing, costing and budgeting, and inventory.This is a critical role in ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded and financial targets are achieved. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of purchasing & inventory control while maintaining cost of goods and labor budgets.Computer literacy is necessary.They will understand the crucial importance of employee development and mentoring.Position will be responsible for focusing on cuisine quality, presentation and fully understanding guest expectations in both the dining areas and catering.Schedule will be event based.
