Description We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team based in San Francisco, California. In this role, you'll primarily be tasked with providing exceptional service to guests and residents, as well as managing administrative tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality concierge services and ensuring residents' needs are met, both expressed and unexpressed. Efficiently managing incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring accurate logging and distribution. Overseeing property access points, reporting any suspicious activity to ensure resident safety. Participating in designated meetings or functions as required and supporting administrative tasks as directed. Managing all forms of resident and vendor communication, including answering inbound calls and inquiries. Assisting with move-in orientation for new residents and ensuring all visitors, pets, and vehicles are properly registered. Maintaining a log of temporarily available parking spaces for resident guests and visitor use. Administering the access control program, which includes the issuance of property access cards and updating tracking software. Ensuring all building rules and regulations are communicated to vendors. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring necessary supplies are available throughout the shift.Requirements Experience in providing concierge services in a professional setting Proven ability in mail distribution and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence Prior experience in answering inquiries, both in person and over the phone Proficiency in answering inbound calls, redirecting calls as necessary, and managing voicemails Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent education level is required Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is desirable but not mandatory.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
