This is an exciting and evolving market that requires dynamic and adaptable marketing efforts.The candidate in this role will need to successfully work within a highly matrixed organization to develop global, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and build and manage tactical execution to achieve marketing and revenue targets. This individual should have a strong background in B2B marketing, with demonstrated ability to optimize marketing efforts by channel and funnel stage.LocationThis is a hybrid position requiring residency near one of the locations below. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global, multi-channel marketing campaigns for cell therapy analytical testing products.
Lead the creation and execution of engaging content to generate awareness and drive demand; measure and understand the customer experience through the buyers' journey with emphasis on digital channels.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to define marketing strategies.
Work closely with product management and R&D teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and value propositions are aligned with customer needs.
Partner with digital marketing colleagues to implement and optimize performance across digital channels.
Ensure ongoing collaboration and alignment with regional counterparts as well as other cell therapy businesses and initiatives within the company.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
Stay abreast of cell therapy industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a focus on cell therapy or related areas.
Strong understanding of cell therapy, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market.
Strong organizational skills and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
B2B and life science/biopharma experience required.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
