Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in San Francisco, California. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.Responsibilities Accurately process invoices in a timely manner Efficiently handle all tasks related to Form 1099 Organize and scan important documents for record keeping Ensure the correct coding of invoices Perform check runs to maintain the financial integrity of the organization Assist with year-end financial tasks as required Utilize systems QuickBooks for financial operations Coordinate closely with IT for document setup and other related tasks Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial data privacy standards.Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures Demonstrated experience in Check Runs management Skilled in Coding Invoices accurately and efficiently Familiarity with Invoice Processing and related software Experience with Form 1099 preparation and submission Ability to handle high volume of invoices and maintain accuracy Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferredSubmit your resume to Alexandra Buckley for immediate consideration.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
