Description We are seeking an IT Business Administrator in our San Francisco, California office. This role is vital to our team as it involves critical tasks such as IT procurement, technology vendor contract management, and technology expense analysis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining records of licenses, subscriptions, and other agreements across all of our global locations.Responsibilities: Oversee the procurement process for IT equipment and services, coordinating with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery and installation of IT software, subscriptions, and assets. Manage technology contracts and licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with licensing terms and conditions, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all software licenses. Process and track invoices and purchase orders, maintain accurate records of all transactions, and resolve any discrepancies related to invoices and orders. Monitor and manage IT department expenses, assist in the preparation of the IT budget, and generate reports on technology spending and budget performance. Assist in the development and management of the IT budget, prepare regular financial reports for the IT department, and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with Finance to produce regular technology spend reports, forecasts, and budgets. Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Indirect Procurement, Purchasing Procurement, Procurement Requests, Procurement Management, Procurement Functions, Enter Vendor Invoices, Approved Invoices, Invoice Processing, Prepare Invoices, Expense Management, Expense Reporting, and Vendor Management. Requirements Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Business Administration role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Demonstrated experience in Indirect Procurement and Purchasing Procurement Familiarity with Procurement Requests, Procurement Management, and Procurement Functions Ability to enter Vendor Invoices and manage Approved Invoices Knowledge in Invoice Processing and ability to Prepare Invoices Proficiency in Expense Management and Expense Reporting Strong Vendor Management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
