Legal Operations Manager

Description Gaming company has an immediate opening for a Legal Operations Manager to support the maintenance and optimization of the company's CLM system, collaborate with teams across People, Finance, and Accounting to integrate legal and business needs. Reporting to the General Counsel, this Legal Operations Manager will configure and maintain the CLM system, train users, ensure data accuracy, and manage compliance, while continuously improving contract management processes and identifying areas for operational efficiencies. This position is 100% remote so qualified candidates from around the US are encouraged to apply but must be able to work PST hours. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal operations experience, including experience with CLM implementation; prior experience using SirionLabs as a CLM tool is highly preferred but not required, Core Areas of Responsibility

Ensure smooth CLM operation, troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and oversee vendor and outside counsel relations.

Provide ongoing training, create user-facing resources, and address support requests as system needs evolve.

Monitor data accuracy, perform cleansing, ensure correct categorization, and maintain compliance documentation.

Improve workflows based on performance analysis and user feedback, lead initiatives for operational improvements and compliance, and support departmental change.

Implement new features to improve usability and support growth; manage resource allocation for legal technology and systems.

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years in legal operations in corporate settings, with project management and CLM implementation (SirionLabs preferred but not required).

Proficiency with legal systems (e-billing, contract/document management, e-discovery) and finance concepts.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Prior experience creating and maintaining internal/external documentation and user resources that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
