Role: .NET Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA- Initially Remote

Who are we looking for?
A mid-senior level .NET developer with 6-8 years' development experience overall with knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Python and .NET core a plus Good to have experience in Web API creation using .NET Core to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:

• Strong experience developing on the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Python and .NET core a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules and assignments.
• Good organization skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with project management and application development principles. Examples: Scrum and Agile.
• Must possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in a team development environment.
• Experience building web UIs with modern standards and frameworks like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Bootstrap, Angular, Kendo UI tools.
• Familiarity with object oriented design principles, dependency injection, design patterns, and test driven development (TDD).
• Experience with Github & Jira.

• Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting
• Familiarity with SDLC and Change Control processes
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong ticket and priority management skills
• Ability to assign and track team's capacity and efforts.

Behavioral Skills:

• Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
• Must exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment under a minimum of supervision
• Ability to work in an offshore/onsite model with continuous and regular communication
• Ready to work in the rotational shifts
