Manage Fund and GP general ledgers, including recording quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany payments, investment transactions, and limited partner allocations.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
Assist with annual audits and tax filings.
Monitor cash positions for designated Funds.
Calculate, record, and process Fund and Investment capital calls and distributions.
Collaborate with Investor Relations to address inquiries from limited partners.
Requirements
3-5 years' experience of Fund Accounting or directly from public Audit with investment management client exposure.
Understanding and experience with partnership taxation
Degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics.
CPA or pursuing CPA is a plus.
Strong time management and organizational skills required for fast-paced, collaborative environments.
