We are seeking an experienced Product Director to drive product innovation for our Issuer Digital Products business. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization for Visa's new and existing digital solutions aimed at issuers.This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, a strong product management background, and exceptional leadership skills. This role is based in San Francisco and will report to the Head of Product for Issuing Solutions Digital Business.Primary Responsibilities:Create a compelling and forward-thinking product vision that aligns with Visa's overall business strategy and goalsOversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, and commercializationWork closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and deliveryContinuously monitor and optimize product performance post-launch to guide product innovation and developmentEstablish and manage a prioritized product backlog based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business prioritiesPerform in-depth market and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirementsContinuously monitor competitor offerings and industry developments to ensure Visa's products remain competitive and innovativeBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, product teams, and other functional areasEngage with key clients and partners to understand their needs/expectations and secure their alignmentThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. The location for the role will be in San Francisco  (this is not a remote role).
