They demonstrate the capacity to effectively oversee their department, consistently managing groups of children.Schedule : Monday-Friday, 25-40 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours during the summerThis role is available at our Malcolm X School-Based Clubs.This role is available at our San Francisco Community School-Based Clubs.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Program Leader, you will play a crucial developmental role in shaping the lives of the youth in our community and a further stepping stone into leadership roles. At BGCSF, our decisions are based on other factors and dependent on circumstances for each position. Depending on the need and requirement of the position, an individual could be hired at or near the entry-level, mid-level or top-of-the-range for their role and compensation.
