Lead the execution of the end to end program–Own and manage the overall Scope of Core. Set the vision, pace and overall target state (including outcomes), including alignment and rationalization with broader bank priorities, with support of the Core Program Owners–Act as the senior decision maker within the Program Leadership Team for decisions that significantly impact the scope, budget and schedule, and determine when escalation to Owners, Sponsors, or further is required–Oversee that critical Core Program risks are adequately mitigated and managed, and that cross-program issues and blockers are proactively resolved•Drive cross-functional collaboration–Engage and collaborate effectively with Execution Leaders, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across business scope, technology, data and conversion objectives–Review solution design and delivery sequence proposals, managing decisions and trade offs, ensuring end to end perspective across business scope and technology solution is accounted for. Determine when escalation to Owners, Sponsors, or further is required–Continuously assess and refine approaches and plans across all program components–Agree and enforce program management standards and requirements for Core in partnership with the Program Manager (e.g., delivery planning, resource management)•Utilize governance forums effectively to drive progression–Own escalation of risks, issues, decisions or unresolved challenges that require attention of the Owners or Steering Committee–Manage the engagement with and represent the program to the Executive Steering Committee, Program Advisory council, and other governance bodies–With the support of Program Owners, represent the Core Program in various bank forums and planning processes to create an enterprise-wide understanding and prioritization of Core delivery and it’s impacts on the bank
