Turner & Townsend is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our San Francisco construction management team. This role offers the opportunity to support and deliver multiple tenant improvement and development projects for high-profile clients in one of the most dynamic markets in the country.The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a solid foundation in construction project management. You should be comfortable coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, and driving progress across multiple workstreams.  Responsibilities:Coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and schedules to support successful execution.Support project governance by maintaining documentation, meeting notes, and action items.Assist in preparing project status reports and updates for internal and client stakeholders.Monitor construction progress and flag potential risks or delays.Facilitate communication between consultants, suppliers, and client teams.Maintain structured project documentation and ensure timely updates.Support forecasting and schedule updates in alignment with program goals.Review drawings, submittals, and reports to ensure alignment with project requirements.Respond to field requests and coordinate timely resolution of issues.Provide input on cost control, constructability, and value engineering opportunities.Build strong working relationships with clients and project partners.Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts across projects.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
