Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in the healthcare industry, based in San Francisco, offering a short term contract employment opportunity. The role primarily involves providing administrative support in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities: Facilitate communication between various departments and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and handle administrative details with confidentiality and discretion. Assist with participant arrivals and departures and coordinate with the clinic for deliveries and client collection. Manage the front desk operations, including screening of individuals entering the building. Assist in locking/unlocking the doors and manage the sign-in process for participants. Handle incoming calls, providing information, and redirecting calls as necessary. Collaborate with the Facilities Technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Uphold the standards and protocols of the healthcare industry in all tasks.
