Regulatory Affairs Analyst

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, CA, Washington, DC, or Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under tight regulatory deadlines. The work will focus primarily on supporting various state licenses and registrations, including ensuring operational compliance with regulatory requirements.  This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, including potentially regulators, outside counsel, and third-party providers.Essential FunctionsSupport the Regulatory Affairs team by tracking, preparing, and submitting reporting to maintain state registrations and licenses.Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to obtain information as needed for regulatory submissions.Assist with preparing responses to regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and examination requests.Assist with monitoring changes to state legislation in the U.S., including consideration of potential business impact.Prepare reporting for internal stakeholders.Supporting Risk and Regulatory Affairs team as required on projects.Perform other related duties as assigned.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
