Job CategoryMarketingJob DetailsWe are looking for a strategic and creative Salesforce Solutions Marketer who can evangelize our Salesforce Customer 360 by business function and need. As a Solutions Marketer, for our Marketing buyer, you’ll drive cross-product enablement and adoption of Salesforce, collaborating closely with Product, Industry, Campaigns, Content, Digital, Partner and Event marketing. Solutions Marketing gathers customer and analyst insights to define top solutions for our Marketing line-of-business including; messaging, marketing strategies, sales enablement, and product roadmap influence, to bring the most impactful solutions to market. You will align customer pain points and market trends with how Salesforce solutions can uniquely address these top business initiates. Create and maintain buyer personas appropriate to target the Marketing business function

Develop, refine and evangelize our solutions by business function to drive greater market opportunity

Craft compelling messaging, customer presentations and how-to content

Define and measure top marketing content and channels by target audience.

Partner with Salesforce customers and partners to craft stories that showcase their innovative use of technologies

Collaborate with Digital, Campaigns, Content Strategy and Strategic Event teams on an integrated marketing plan

Partner with Sales and Partner teams to enable and distribute solution messaging and new success measurements.

Pitch ideas to further Salesforce's position as an innovator and leader in the cloud application and platform market

Partner with product teams to develop integrated solution offerings

Partner with PR to develop integrated product launches and announcements

Raise, develop, and drive breakthrough ideas that showcase Salesforce's products and core values at events

Focus on Customer Success — Builds and maintains relationships with customers and sales; shapes enablement solutions that have significant positive impact on customers businesses. Help answer “how” each solution addresses a buyer pain point.

Drive Results Attacks everything with drive and energy with an eye on both the bottom line and customer success. Detail oriented, but versatile.

Collaborate & Communicate Across All Levels Work cross-functionally to drive success. Presents effectively 1:1, cross-Cloud and in Executive meetings. Gives others a voice.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

6+ years experience in product, solutions marketing at a high tech company, or similar. MBA a plus, but not required.

Demonstrated ability in product marketing, solution marketing, events and sales enablement, preferably with familiarity of Salesforce go-to-market

Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.

Experience with business processes such as sales, ops, marketing, customer support, collaboration.

Proven track record of speaking in front of large internal, external, and global audiences.

Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.

Proven track record of crafting buyer centric positioning and thought leadership content.

Experience working with directly with sales teams and channel partners.

Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including viral on-message product demo videos and succinct slide pitch-decks.

Proven track record of launching and growing hit products.

Strong skills in communication, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.

Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.

Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
