Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
Lead teams of customer experience professionals during deployment of interaction design strategies
Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple areas of Content Design or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding large-scale enterprise-wide Content Design strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise; serve as an expert advisor to Content Design leadership; represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events
Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of Website or Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Hands on experience designing UX and UI in Figma
Comfort presenting to all levels of seniority
7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio of end-to-end projects
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shape and drive work independently
Exceptional visual design skills showcasing your ability to solve for complex problems in a delightful way
Ability to consistently articulate a strong design rationale; storytelling skills that compel stakeholders
