Senior Manager, Global Sales Excellence and Strategy

This role will report into the Sr, Director of VCS Global Sales Commercial Operations within the VCS Commercial Operations Team. This team sits at the intersection of regional sales teams and corporate operations teams, with a mandate to accelerate growth for VCS globally. The Senior Manager, Global Sales Excellence and Strategy will support commercial growth across all regional and global sales teams. This includes initiatives to align business objectives with sales outcomes, monitor and track sales incentive plan effectiveness and lead sales incentive plan continuous improvement efforts to drive outcomes. In this fast-paced, agile environment, the successful candidate must be proactive and excel in collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve our goals.   Responsibilities include: Lead the global VCS annual sales planning effort to ensure all components are managed and executed across global sales teams. Support the development of the global sales strategy for Visa Commercial Solutions and ensure a focused, client-oriented commercial strategy is implemented across all priority segments. Monitor the effectiveness of the sales incentive compensation program and lead continuous improvement efforts.   Lead development and execution of strategic initiatives to accelerate sales, commercial activities, and ultimately revenue. Leverage data to develop strategic insights and identify new opportunities to optimize and accelerate commercial activities. Automate and streamline management reporting, develop regular executive reports, and create dashboards to track and report on sales KPIs. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
