Our client is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to manage $100K+ monthly Meta spend across leadgen verticals and deliver 25%+ ROI. You’ll own the campaign strategy end-to-end, launching and scaling creatives, optimizing landing pages, and ensuring precise tracking and attribution. You’ll mentor junior buyers, implement scalable systems, and source top affiliate offers while managing paid campaigns on Meta and AppLovin. Advanced skills in Meta Ads Manager, RedTrack (or similar trackers), and spy tools are required. Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and AI creative tools is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Profitable Campaign Growth: Manage monthly Meta spend across multiple leadgen verticals, consistently delivering ROI through data-driven strategy and daily optimizations.Test & Scale Winning Creatives: Launch and iterate on ads and landing pages weekly, building a high-velocity pipeline to improve conversion and performance at scale.Build Full-Funnel Experiences: Design high-converting pre-landers, landing pages, and thank-you pages tailored to convert cold traffic into qualified leads.Launch & Scale Paid Campaigns: Run and optimize paid ads on Meta and AppLovin with performance precision, pushing profitable spend while balancing volume and ROI.Uplevel the Team: Mentor junior media buyers, set clear OKRs, and implement systems that standardize success across accounts.Source High-Impact Offers: Identify and test top-performing affiliate offers from networks and direct advertisers for lead generation scale.Track & Attribute Accurately: Set up bulletproof tracking and manage pixels and GA4/GTM to ensure airtight attribution.
