Potential to extend indefinitely.Fully Remote (Must be located in the United States)Description:The small business marketing manager will be responsible for creating marketing strategies and sales collateral (pdfs, webpages, videos and more) that help small businesses find success with our products via their sales experience. The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience in content creation, a strong appreciation of the products and an understanding of working with a sales team on enablement content. You should also have the ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams and possess an understanding of small business.Responsibilities
Plan, execute and evaluate small business sales enablement content.
Partner with and/or work alongside copywriters, designers, web developers and engineers to bring those initiatives to life.
Develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to identify, prioritize and produce consistent positioning and messaging.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging across the user journey.
Must Have Skills:
4+ years of experience within Marketing Management, Product Marketing Management, or Performance Marketing with an enterprise level corporation. (Preferably within technology)
Must have experience with the hands-on creation of sales enablement materials.
Must have experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product Teams, Copywriters, Designers, Web Developers, and Engineers.
Must be analytically capable, must have experience in campaign management and performance marketing. (A/B testing, Campaign Analysis, Marketing Strategy)
