Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in San Francisco, California. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be playing a crucial role in our financial forecasting process, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional teams and ensuring strict adherence to the company's corporate policies and all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities: Lead the development of financial forecasts in collaboration with leaders across the company. Support the annual operating plan cycle, including target setting, guideline creation, and managing the calendar and milestones. Collaborate with leadership teams to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives. Assess and analyze critical business decisions to drive the company's financial success. Partner closely with operations teams across various departments to proactively seek opportunities that drive operational excellence and optimize conversion costs. Build and maintain outstanding effective relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Support the development and monitoring of KPIs tied to strategic goals, and evaluate team performance against these metrics. Ensure strict adherence to the company's corporate policies and all regulatory requirements. Use advanced Excel/financial modeling skills for accurate financial analysis and reporting. Utilize SQL proficiency to manage and analyze large datasets. Skills: CapEx CRM Data Mining Techniques ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning ERP Solutions About Time Accounting Functions Budget Processes Expense Reporting Finance Global Supply Chain Requirements Proficient in CapEx and CRM systems Ability to use Data Mining Techniques effectively Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Well-versed with 'About Time' software Solid understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes Experience in Expense Reporting and Finance Knowledge of Global Supply Chain processes Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior capacity Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines Excellent organizational skills.
