Supply Chain Coordinator/Specialist I

About the Role: We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for helping build and maintain our delivery data and oversee vendor delivery execution. The Specialist will gather logistics data on a regular basis and in a timely manner for a particular set of vendors, and may contact vendors as needed. The Specialist will work with other teams to identify, root cause and resolve vendor/local delivery issues. Responsibilities:

Identify, ingest and update data for assigned vendors in a timely manner Identify and root cause vendor/local delivery issues

Contact vendors to resolve issues and update delivery schedules as needed

Escalate complex issues to supervisor to resolve

Respond & action requests from other teams to update inaccurate merchant data

Collect merchant-supplied item-level data and match to internal item numbers and descriptions

About You:

Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of experience with data entry and/or analysis

Excellent Excel skills (SQL preferred)

Strong ownership mentality

Detail-oriented and organized

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
