Key Responsibilities:
Oversee tax structuring, tax placement, tax compliance, and tax review.
Assess tax leakage and partner with internal teams to maintain best‐in‐class tax function.
Collaborate with multiple fund administrators, tax advisors, and tax firms.
Contribute in all areas of a tax function and strategically plan considering multiple perspectives including the global landscape, political environment, firm interests, and firm strategy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 13‐15 years’ experience across public and private advisory.
Active or inactive CPA or JD required, Masters or LLM degree is advantageous.
In-depth knowledge with international tax issues and ability to leverage tax advisors to help efficiently and effectively.
Proven communication skills and experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinking, ethical, and team-oriented mindset with a “no task too small” orientation.
