Job Title: Data Services - Technical Coordinator
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Hybrid role (San Francisco Bay Area) – This position is on-site 6 days a month. 
 
Description/Scope of Work: 
The technical coordinator will: Arrange meetings, track work, and document findings for Health Data Services work efforts. In particular, the coordinator will ensure that the Director of Health Data Services is informed about ongoing projects and that staff are aware of decisions made in meetings with the Director. 
  
Requirements:
    At least 2 years of project coordinator experience 
    Need experience in Healthcare or Government 
    Need experience in County Health Care 
 
Qualifications:                                                                                                          
    Must be self-driven 
    Able to produce from minimal direction 
    Must speak proficient English 
    Must understand basic project principles 
    Experience with PMI or PMP language is a bonus 
    Experience working with data engineers is a bonus 
  
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
    Advanced Excel 
    MS Project or Smartsheet project management software 
    SharePoint and MS Teams
