Requirements esponsibilities:
Assist with M& A transactions, including research, due diligence, and documentation.
Execute trades and monitor investment portfolios.
Support financial planning activities, including data analysis and report generation.
Manage custodian accounts and facilitate account openings.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience in financial services, preferably in investment firms or similar environments.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
