You’ll play a critical role in cultivating relationships with universities and diverse student communities, as well as shaping early career engineering talent at Airtable. The ideal candidate is a builder at heart and can lead with a programmatic mindset, leveraging data and identifying operational efficiencies to create a program at scale. This will be a 6 month contract position, with the opportunity to expand to help with technical sourcing for full time roles. Note: This role will be based in San Francisco, CA. What you'll do
Develop and implement a comprehensive university recruiting strategy to attract top-tier engineering talent from diverse backgrounds
Lead our on-campus event presence and digital/social recruitment strategy
Plan and execute university recruiting events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events. This will involve some travel (10%) for campus recruiting and events
Partner closely with hiring managers on university engagement, evaluating top of funnel, and facilitating the end-to-end recruiting process. You'll also help curate the new grad experience, crafting an onboarding program to set new grads up for success.
Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and faculty to promote Airtable employer brand on campus
Lead the full cycle recruitment process for university candidates, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Analyze recruiting data and metrics to drive insights and inform strategic decisions
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in engineering university recruiting and full cycle recruiting, especially in hiring new grads
You have experience building an engineering university recruiting program from the ground up
You're adept at managing high volume pipelines and moving with urgency
Proven track record of building successful partnerships with universities and student organizations
Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting practices
Excellent written and verbal communication; we’re a distributed team and collaborate across Slack, zoom, and time zones
Experience building relationships with and influencing engineering leadership on program strategy
Strong attention to detail and data-oriented; not only are you comfortable pulling data and metrics, but you’re also able to tell the story behind the data

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills and experience.
