Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
Supervise fund accounting, tax, portfolio valuation, financial and investor reporting, and capital transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Process invoices and manage intercompany reconciliations.
Oversee cash management, including monitoring balances, capital needs, investment funding, and reserve management.
Support new fund launches, fundraising efforts, and address investor inquiries.
Coordinate periodic KPI reporting from portfolio companies for internal and external needs.
Monitor portfolio company updates and recommend valuation adjustments.
Continuously review and update process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.

5+ years of fund accounting experience, ideally from a venture capital or private equity background with exposure to valuation.
Advanced Excel
A strategic thinker who is resourceful, proactive, and eager to find innovative solutions.
