Oversee all fund accounting tasks, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, capital call statements, and distribution calculations.

Ensure timely, precise financial reporting to stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.

Manage daily accounting functions across multiple funds, ensuring accurate reconciliations.

Work with external auditors and tax advisors to maintain regulatory compliance and complete audits and tax filings efficiently.

Strengthen and refine internal controls and accounting processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.

5+ years of experience in accounting, particularly fund accounting.

Background in tax, audit, specifically in venture capital.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build collaborative relationships.
