An Accounts Payable Specialist is needed immediately for a large, well-known, corporation located in San Jose. The Accounts Payable processor will be resonsible for processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis and managing vendor accounts. The position will report directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and work in a large team setting.RESPONSIBILITIES
Process 50-100 invoices/ day
Maintain vendor accounts
Match purchase orders to invoices
Assist with G/L coding and closing periods
Issue checks
QUALIFICATIONS
Two+ years experience as an accounts payable processor
High volume payables processing experience
Large ERP software (ex. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards,)
