Diagram and evaluate existing processes; identify gaps and issues in ERP systems.
Act as a Super User for systems and tools, ensuring thorough testing of system configurations and addressing issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during implementation.
Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives.
Develop metrics for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvements.
Collect and analyze data to determine root causes of problems.
Measure performance against process requirements and align improvements to address shortfalls.
Deliver presentations and training, covering areas such as measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems post-implementation.
Stay updated on the latest ERP technologies and industry trends.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
Minimum RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications:
Experience:
Intermediate SQL experience (3+ years).
5+ years of professional experience, including ERP implementation, analytics, business operations, supply chain, finance, or related fields.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Skills:
Hands-on experience with complex ERP or other enterprise management systems.
High proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, chart creation, lookups).
Data-focused mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills.
Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to create well-informed design recommendations.
Extensive knowledge of Demand Management functionalities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SQL scripts.
