Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This role operates within the industry, providing expertise in handling customer accounts and maintaining accurate records. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently process credit applications from customers utilizing accounting software systems. Maintain precise records of customer credit, employing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools. Resolve customer inquiries, leveraging CRM and Epic Software tools. Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate action based on ADP - Financial Services guidelines. Perform various accounting functions, specifically related to accounts receivable (AR). Handle billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Manage cash activity, track and document cash handling activities.
