Engineering Manager Responsibilitieso Oversee the management of the Engineering Department, including product and process engineering. o Integrate and streamline process resources to enhance production quality and efficiency.o Coordinate production schedules and address abnormalities, ensuring timely reporting.o Develop new manufacturing processes to maintain innovation and competitiveness.o Lead process change and improvement meetings to drive continuous enhancements. o Facilitate regular engineering-related meetings with clients to ensure their requirements are met. o Guide team members in professional knowledge, discipline, and skills development.Qualifications o Over 7 years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. o Proficient in SMT processes and familiar with IPC-610/600 standards. o Experience in new product introduction (NPI). o Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. o Proficiency in English &ChineseBenefits:
