What you can expectA global leadership position to manage our highly visible Executive Briefing Center program and value advisory team. You'll lead our efforts to deliver exceptional solution briefings and value engineering engagements to our customers, prospects, and partners. About the TeamAs a member of the sales team, you will work closely with Zoom executives, facilities, marketing teams, sales teams, product teams, technical teams, and various leaders for cross-functional Alignment. Responsibilities

Championing a customer-focused Executive Briefing Center program

Leading a strategic value engineering team designed to deliver substantial benefits across Zoom by optimizing customer value deliverables and engagements

Delivering an EBC program that aligns with sales objectives

Developing pre-sales value propositions of Zoom's unique platform delivering TCO/ROI financial models that demonstrate customer value

Establishing strategic relationships and cross-functionally collaborating on EBC programs with various teams, including facilities,sales, marketing, and product management, among others

Reporting on executive programs results, measuring ROI through pipeline acceleration, customer penetration, and other relevant metrics to ensure effective evaluation

Cultivating the EBC and Value Advisory brand internally to ensure program success

Overseeing the successful execution and operation of Executive

Briefing Centers globally, ensuring white-glove experiences, promoting cutting-edge innovation, and managing high-quality content

What we’re looking for

7+ years experience with roles in marketing, sales, sales enablement or related field

Have knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS industry, current market trends, and best practices

Experience as a cross-functional team player who can excel at both strategy and execution

Experience with marketing in a high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS company

Have project management and organizational skills

Able to pivot, utilize problem-solving skills and meet tight deadlines

Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment with excellent adaptability

Demonstrate a track record of leading global teams

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$142,300.00Maximum:$311,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
