Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator in San Jose, California. This role is centered in the bustling industry of financial services. You will be primarily tasked with managing human resources related tasks for our team, including payroll and timesheet tracking, utilizing ADP systems, and conducting background checks.Responsibilities: Utilize ADP Workforce Now for efficient and accurate payroll tracking Ensure timely and precise timesheet tracking for approximately 50 employees Conduct thorough auditing of HR processes to ensure compliance and accuracy Perform background checks as part of the recruitment and hiring process Manage benefit functions for the team, ensuring all employees have access to necessary resources Utilize Ceridian and Concur for various HR administrative tasks Use the About Time system for effective management of staff time and attendance Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and legislation Handle any enquiries related to human resources, providing timely and accurate responses Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR records, ensuring data integrity.
