Job Description:
Business systems analysis experience on analytics projects working directly with business & technical teams in an agile development environment
5+ years of relevant experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics
Proficient in SQL with Ability to code complex SQL queries
Deep analytical skills, strong out-of-the-box thinking, curiosity, and strong business intuition; can connect the dots between disparate data
sources to drive insight
Strong organization & project management skills. Able to structure a project from idea to design/prototype to implementation
Work in a matrix & collaborative environment with solution management, architects and “virtual” functional teams across multiple geographies
Work in a fast-paced startup like environment
Preferred Qualifications
Ownership mindset - You are passionate about your ‘product’ - you'd never call code "released" until you're confident it's correct, monitored,
documented, and tested
Basic/Intermediate Data Visualization or story telling skills (Tableau/PowerBi)
Worked with big data tools and technologies like Hadoop, Presto, Snowflake
Good understanding of Subscription business models and the importance of customer journey touch points for delivering intelligent insights for
measuring conversion and retention
Keeps commitments and completes assignments on time, Communicates clearly. Shares information with teammates and Participates fully in team activities.
