RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to remotely support our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in San Jose, CA.
Summary:
Our client is looking for a Product or Technical Marketing Manager with strong experience in cybersecurity to play a critical role in the enablement part of a product launch. As part of the Product Marketing team, you will engage cross-functionally with the relevant teams to design, plan and execute an enablement plan that will empower our teams to succeed in the marketplace. This will include building and delivering enablement content that creates excitement about the solution.
Key Tasks:
Product Marketing Manager will draft high quality and persuasive content that enables sales, marketing, and technical support
Translate technical concepts into messages that are compelling and accessible to the audiences that need enablement
Build and deliver presentations to enable our stakeholders
Build courseware and materials that empower customers to adopt and use the different capabilities the solution offers
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will build courseware and materials that empower sales and marketing to succeed in the marketplace
Develop, maintain, and expand training materials for our sales organization and channel partners regarding our capabilities and competitive differentiation
REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years of experience in Cyber Security field
Product marketing, technical marketing experience or technical enablement experience in cybersecurity, information security and/or enterprise IT
Experience in working and driving projects cross-functionally
Exceptional communication skills; Experience in public speaking
Expertise in technology fundamentals and current trends
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Attentive to details, quality, and accuracy
Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple deadlines and priorities, and drive projects through to completion, while collaborating with other teams within the company
Microsoft Office
Specific experience with security software vendor is a plus
Previous sales and/or management experience is a plus
Pragmatic Marketing training is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
