Description · Bachelors/master’s in bioinformatics or related discipline. · 5+ years of work experience. · Experience in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) · Experience with testing algorithms (Good to have knowledge of - mapping, variant calling and fusion detection algorithms) · Experience in Perl/Python scripting · Experience is Unix/Linux environment · Good understanding or working knowledge of software testing/STLC. · Ability to communicate within multi-disciplinary teams
