RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to work remotely for our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in San Jose, California (CA).
Responsibilities of a Sales Operations Analyst:
Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the sales order management process with a keen focus on accuracy, timeliness, and completeness as well as jumping onto ad-hoc projects as needed
Identify account and opportunity pipeline overlap
Sales Operations Analyst will create Salesforce accounts and opportunities to accordingly assign to a seller, provision licenses, trials, and entitlements to customers
Debug provisioning errors
Execute orders
Ensure bookings hygiene
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Sales Operations Analyst should have 2+ years of experience working in Sales Operations, Sales, Contract Review, or a similar analytical role
At least 1 year of Salesforce experience as an end user
Control of MS Excel
Accountable with strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with SaaS business metrics is preferred
Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) experience is preferred
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to drive results independently
