A progressive startup company that is changing the way we use software is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team. They have an extremely sound infrastructure that includes a variety of cloud types and programming languages. Their vision is to reinvent human-computer interaction with their generative interface that allows software to be in-sync with the user. This is a full time, direct hire role that is strictly remote.

Required skills & experience:

  • 5+ years of experience with planning and implementing AWS Cloud environments
  • Can write quality Python and Go code
  • Proven experience in scaling systems and worked with Ansible, Terraform, Docker, K8s
  • Strong Experience with designing and deploying AWS ServicesElastic Compute (EC2), Storages (S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier and AWS Storage Gateway) and RDS
  • Experience with Logging/Monitoring ELK, Datadog

What you will be doing:
  • Create, implement, and manage the development of scripts to automate everyday operations
  • Manage system migrations and system upgrades to create and deploy new cloud environments
  • Head off issues before they occur through proactive instrumentation & system metrics
  • Address system problems in real time and then build out the tech so they don't happen again in the future
