Job DescriptionAs Finance Senior Manager, Strategy and Innovation, you’ll work closely with the Finance Chief of Staff and a team focused on overseeing key strategic projects sponsored by the CFO. You’ll work with this team to establish and govern a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives.  The role requires high-energy, outstanding project management skills, communication skills, forward-thinking, and an intimate understanding of business requirements as well as the ability to drive execution.Core ResponsibilitiesAssist the Finance Chief of Staff in managing the organization’s operational rhythm, allowing for transparency, consistency, and proactive planning and executionAssist in designing and driving the Finance team’s strategic plans, portfolio and budget planning, and business and people strategy reviewsAssist in managing cross functional projects and transformational activities for the organizationManage the strategic project portfolio ensuring projects have clear milestones, KPIs, value and impact metricsManage the transformation roadmap and lead its execution, including prioritization, requirement gathering, and project timelineAssist with driving transformation initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes, leveraging best practices.Collaborate with finance senior management and a cross functional network of stakeholders to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, automation, and optimizationStay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Finance.
