The Deloitte Signature Experience program leader will work in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting to drive our firm's strategy for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships. This role will require significant engagement with leaders across Marketing & Sales as well as the broader firm.This role reports to the US Signature Experience Leader.What you'll do:

Lead the development of and champion the Deloitte Signature Experience relationship strategy vision

Facilitate strong executive-level cross-functional relationships

Lead the collaboration with technology partners to execute a scaled technology strategy launch

Lead the collaboration with Marketing Excellence, Sales Excellence, Client Excellence, and business teams to ensure the program integrates key processes (e.g., Demand Gen) and strategic priorities

Own product backlog and roadmap prioritization features that deliver the most value to the businesses

Lead a program of strategic initiatives (e.g., education modules, pilots to test strategy, measurement initiatives) to further the Deloitte Signature Experience vision

Provide effective feedback and mentorship to team members

Manage investment requests and budget

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in consulting and/or B2B enterprise sales strategy, marketing strategy, business operations, or product strategy teams

4+ years of experience managing teams

Understanding of professional services sales and marketing and business execution via technology enablement

Demonstrated understanding of the importance of user experience in the adoption of technology and its impact on future operating models and organizational structures

Salesforce experience preferred

Comfortable working in a high-visibility role, collaborating with and presenting to executive stakeholders

Unyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables) and ability to dive into detail as needed

Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

Success and comfort operating in an unstructured environment and leading through ambiguity

Team player with a "customer-focused" mentality

Ability to build trust and strong relationships

Ability to travel occasionally (10%)

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
